We talk mostly about Acrobat 8, but here is a quick tip for Acrobat 7. Did you know that you can create a blank PDF file in Acrobat 7? To do this:
Open Acrobat 7
Hold down the Shift key and go to File > Create PDF > From Blank Page
That will open a blank document that you can type on with the Typewriter tool or the Touchup Text tool.
Wait, but what about Acrobat 8? In version 8 making a blank page is even easier. Just do the same process without holding down the shift key.
